Sock Heel Construction
Homework Prior to the Class!!
Thank you for joining our Heel Composition Class! We plan to have a lot of fun!
You'll need to do a little prep knitting before each class. Follow your favorite cuff-down sock pattern until you get to the heel construction. You can use any method you like...magic loop, DPN's, 9" circular...just bring the knitted tube with you. If you'd like to contract your heel yarn, that's great.
You can use any weight yarn and corresponding needles to make your socks. A sock tube will be necessary for each class, so you will need 3.
We will do Eye of Partridge, Sweet Tomato Heel and Short Row Heel.
