Tunisian Crochet Stitch Sampler Scarf Workshop

This workshop is all about getting going with Tunisian crochet. A customizable striped scarf pattern will be provided for you to try out various Tunisian techniques and to have a beautiful scarf in the end! You may choose individual stitches for the stripes in your scarf, or you may challenge yourself with combinations for even more texture! A coloring book-style page will be provided for you to map out what stitches you hope to try and where you want to place them in your scarf. Videos will be provided with the pattern for take home reference.

The pattern is written for worsted weight yarn of 3 separate colors (Berocco Ultra Alpaca) with a 6mm tunisian crochet hook with a short cord (I worked with a 16 inch, but as short as 8 inch would also work). Any size yarn could be used with an appropriate size hook for the size yarn, adding more stitches per row as desired.

Price is for class only. Supplies (yarn/hook/cable) may be purchased in store and with sign-up for this class you will receive a 10% discount on supplies purchased.

Both weeks will progress at your own pace. You progress as you feel ready. This scarf comes with the opportunity to really add lots of texture and different ways to put the stitches together!
